He is the Director of RQ Living Pty Ltd and the Director of Utano Care Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider specialising in specialist disability accommodation.

John also serve as the CEO of the Lyn Beazley Academy Ltd creating pathways to success for autistic young people.

Dino Santos is the CEO of RQ Living, leading its growth across Western Australia, with a focus on NDIS services and complex disability care. He brings over 25 years of leadership in the health and disability sectors, emphasizing human-centered, ethical service delivery. Prior to RQ Living, Dino held senior roles, including General Manager of Residential Services at Baptistcare and Chief Operating Officer at Auscare Group. He is known for driving operational efficiency, restructuring services, and leading teams through strategic growth and compliance initiatives.
